It's such a pretty area with the lakes and all the gorgeous houses! We did almost 30 miles in about 2 hours, not too bad....
Charlie had some swimming lessons this weekend. It took a lot of coaxing, but he finally would come out into the water. You have to see what he does with his back legs about 30 seconds in... so cute!! Check it out here:

The video of Charlie was precious I was cheering for him LOL I have no idea if my dog can swim...I had a friend leave her pup at her parents and it drowned in their backyard pond! Isn't that awful? Yours had a vest on so kudos to you for that!!
I saw on DSS that you are a vegan. Is that how you stay so skinny? My niece is a vegan and has dropped over 100-pounds but she needed too.
As for biking..love it. Where is your helmet though?
